Why The Time Fintech was started?

My biggest life lesson from struggling at the bottom of a society in a developing country, India, and travelling/working in New York, Zurich, London, Madrid, Rome, Paris, Geneva, Amsterdam, Vienna, Edinburgh and many best places in the world is “the language of wealth and time is universal”. The future of a Business/Individual/Country is determined by how, why, when and where they invest ‘time’ and ‘wealth’.

The Time Fintech was started to enable smart investments and offer highest level of sophistication in financial modelling, analytics, risk management, financing of projects which are impactful for businesses of every size and scale. Indeed, give them the tools and techniques to decide the direction they want to invest their ‘time’ and ‘wealth’.

The goal of TTF is to ensure entrepreneurs/business owners, who either growing, mature or distressed business, can avail professional high quality services in strengthening their financial positions and/or can access funding from investors/banks to continue their contribution for economic growth, jobs and their mission.

Umesh Sharma

Umesh is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also passed all three levels of Chartered Financial Analyst US Programme and awaits Charter subject to approval of the Institute. Further, he holds a Masters in International Accounting and Analytics with Class 1.1 grade.

Kiran is aiming to be a Associate Member with ACCA and is preparing for the final examinations. She currently holds a Masters in Accounting with an award of distinction.

    Led process optimizations and automation initiatives, saving 700+ hours annually, while ensuring tax compliance and accurate reporting. Drove $7M in revenue through strategic business development and vendor management. Possess a holistic grasp of accounting, operations, audits, and financial analysis, enhancing accuracy and regulatory compliance.

  • Cauleys Haulage (Ireland - 2024)

    Handled end-to-end office administration including invoicing, reconciliations, payroll coordination, credit control, HR liaison, and health & safety compliance. Supported operations through order management, vehicle scheduling, training coordination, and weekly financial reporting for management.
